The GHWS foundation believes in the alignment of economic development and social mission objectives. Venture Philanthropy: Using business measures, objectives and practices in the philanthropic arena, as we engage actively with our grantees and community partners. We seek to generate for-profit ventures that cycle back benefits and resources into our local community.
NFP Shared Services: We are in conversation with community leaders hoping to help our 200 local not-for-profits share talent, technological and administrative resources, building a shared vision and maximizing philanthropic impact for years to come.
Collaboration Grants: Our Foundation is creating new policy to encourage local not for profit organizations to form alliances and strategize partnership grants for broader and deeper impact in our community.
